Kira Malaysia Review
Fix Phase 4 · Decision architecture

Malaysia Financial Decision Library

Start with the financial decision you are actually making: payroll deductions, salary take-home, statutory contributions, borrowing capacity, vehicle affordability, property ownership or provider comparison. The site is organised by decision intent rather than by manufacturing hundreds of keyword variants.

How the library is organised

LayerPurposeExample
National decision hubExplains the framework and routes genuine sub-intentsEPF, tax, loans, property
Specific decision pageAnswers one commercial questionDSR, bonus tax, flat vs effective rate
Consolidated salary resourceShows multiple salary examples without near-duplicate pagesSalary after deductions, EPF by salary
City resourceOnly where local evidence changes property decisionsKuala Lumpur, Johor Bahru, Kuching
Provider comparisonUses official product evidenceMaybank vs CIMB, CIMB vs RHB

Why this architecture is deliberately smaller

The earlier build created too many closely related URLs. The remediation consolidates salary variants, removes city-intent doorway children, and requires real provider evidence before bank comparison pages can be indexed. Fewer, stronger pages make the site easier for people, crawlers and retrieval systems to understand.

From guide to calculation

  1. Choose the correct hub.
  2. Read the relevant decision page and its assumptions.
  3. Verify statutory or provider-specific evidence where the answer can change over time.
  4. Use KiraMalaysia.com with your own figures.
