Why we consolidated the old salary pages
The previous build had separate pages for every salary amount. They were too similar and created little information gain. This master table keeps every salary example in one useful resource instead of manufacturing dozens of near-duplicate URLs.
FAQ
Is EPF always exactly 11% from my salary?
The standard employee rate is 11% for the common below-60 Malaysian/PR category, but for wages up to RM20,000 employers are instructed to use the official Third Schedule contribution bands.
Why is PCB not shown as one fixed amount?
Because 2026 monthly tax deduction depends on the employee's tax profile and payroll inputs. A universal number would be misleading.
Does SOCSO stop increasing above RM6,000 salary?
PERKESO applies a RM6,000 contribution wage ceiling from October 2024, subject to the applicable contribution schedule.
Can I use the home-loan figure as my bank eligibility?
No. It is a transparent illustration only. Banks use their own DSR, income, credit and product rules.
Why redirect the old RM-specific pages?
Because a consolidated page with all salary examples is more useful and avoids near-duplicate doorway-style pages.
